Our Euro 6 half pallet, the 800 x 600 mm wooden pallet, is designed for modern retail, FMCG, pharma and light industrial logistics. This compact half pallet fits standard Euro pallet flows while halving the footprint, ideal for display units, urban deliveries and tight warehouse aisles.

Available in both 4-way block design and 2-way stringer-style construction, it integrates with a wide range of handling equipment. Standard builds follow common Euro 6 practice, typically handling evenly distributed loads up to around 750 kg on a flat surface, with options to tune for heavier-duty handling and repeated cycles.

Open or closed decks support cartons, crates and display-ready loads, while options like anti-slip and edge protection help keep products stable in transit and in-store. For export, we provide ISPM-15 heat treatment with digital certificates, giving you reliable, repairable half pallets that integrate smoothly into regional and international supply chains.

Material options

  • Kiln-dried softwood or mixed hardwood, target moisture 18–22% (custom on request)
  • Sustainable options: Acacia / PEFC chain-of-custody timber
  • Planed/closed decks for higher hygiene expectations (e.g. Food/Pharma secondary packaging)
  • Engineered tops: plywood/LVL for flatter, snag-free decks
