Our Euro pallet – the 800 x 1200mm wooden pallet – originated in 1960s rail logistics for efficient loading. This block-design, 4-way wooden pallet handles light goods or heavy-duty loads up to 4,000 kg+, with options like reinforced decks and anti-slip. For export, we provide ISPM-15 heat treatment with digital certificates—reliable, repairable wooden pallets for modern supply chains.
Available in both 4-way designs and 2-way stringer-style construction, it integrates with a wide range of handling equipment. Standard builds follow common Euro 1 practice, typically handling evenly distributed loads up to around 4,000 kg+ on a flat surface, with options to tune for heavier-duty handling and repeated cycles.
Materials options
- Kiln-dried softwood or mixed hardwood; target moisture 18–22% (custom on request)

- Engineered tops: plywood/LVL for flatter, snag-free decks

Design options if custom Euro-size (800 × 1200) 4-way wooden pallet (non-interchange):
- Entry: 4-way block design, 4-way notched stringer, or 2-way stringer style depending on your handling flow
- Deck: light / standard / heavy; board thickness and spacing tuned to your load profile
- Base: open/closed/perimeter base, 3-/5-runner, or conveyor / pallet-truck-friendly skids
- Features: chamfers, anti-slip strips, corner/edge protection, branded stencils
